ツアー開始時刻の24時間以内のキャンセルはお受けできません。ツアー開始時刻の24時間以前のキャンセルについては、全額返金いたします。
＜不良品・サービスによる返品・交換＞
サービスに問題があった場合は、カスタマーサポート（+81 80-8322-3393）までご連絡ください。送料は当社負担で返金、もしくは新しいサービスと交換いたします。

Exchange and Return Policy
Customer-Initiated Returns/Exchanges
Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour start time cannot be accepted. For cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour start time, a full refund will be provided.
Defective Products/Services Returns/Exchanges
