We booked a tour via Klook before we arrived in Japan with my 18 and 16 year old. We had already done a tour in Paris so we had some experience with e scooters. It's a small-group tour, 2 to 7 riders per booking, not a large-group tour. Your guide stays with your group for the full 2 hours.
I'm travelling solo. Can I book?+
Yes. Solo travellers are booked at the 2-person price so the tour can run for you.
Can I choose the start time?+
Yes. We run tours at 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00, 18:00 and 20:00. The 18:00 and 20:00 slots catch Shibuya Scramble Crossing lit up after dark, a dramatic contrast to the daytime stops.
What if it rains?+
The tour runs in light rain. In heavier or unsafe conditions, contact us and we'll reschedule or refund in full, per our cancellation policy.
Do I need a licence or previous riding experience?+
No licence is needed. A beginner-friendly practice session is included before we ride on public roads. Riders must be at least 16 and pass a sobriety check before the tour starts.
